The course is open to all: To those who wish to approach Ayurveda for the first time; To those who already have experience of ayurveda and want to learn new massage techniques, to those who need annual updates recognized by health insurance companies, and for all therapists who are looking for such a deep approach to this part of the body, the back, which is often painful and requires so much care.

 Theory and practice will be united in the work; we will see and learn techniques capable of bringing immediate relief. Particular attention will be paid to the preparation of massage oils and their use, recipes that we can also prepare by ourselves.
 Two days where you can experiment on yourself the various possibilities of intervention and the immediate well-being that they induce. The teacher follows each individual student and intervenes with corrections and, if necessary, further explanations.
 1st day - You will learn how to perform specific maneuvers and work deep into the muscles and joints.
 The effect of this massage is manifested by a decontracting and very effective function on the muscular masses and the nervous system; blood and lymph circulation will be strongly stimulated.
 2nd day - You will learn how to perform specific maneuvers for those who are tired and tired from stress, from everyday life, from that type of tiredness and fatigue that does not allow you to sleep well, to abandon yourself to restorative sleep, to the embrace of the night that re-healthy.
 Participants will receive an "Ayurveda Monaci Eranti" certificate.

The course is limited to a maximum of 14 students
